I got mine done at Rochester Toyota in Rochester, MN.

And it was perfect!!! They were super helpful and didn't flinch at all when I said I wanted it done. Didn't even have to try to go through the manager or anything.

I actually had them do the tranny TSB and rear leaf TSB at the same time. I took it in on Wed, they ordered the parts, and finished by lunch today (Friday).

Great service. If you are going to take in there, maybe call first and ask for Nate Crews.

Tustin Toyota in Tustin CA. Very easy to work with, didn't have to jump through hoops. Had the truck all day, but it was worth it in the end.

I bring my truck in for this tomorrow. They said that they would take a ride and access if they need to do it or not. What if they say no? Can they turn me down for getting this done? Any special things that I should mention to them about this TSB that they might not know of? I heard to tell them to make sure they align the wheels... Thanks!!!!

Maui Toyota, Hawaii - they had their tech look at it first to verify the bottoming out on the bump stops.

Before you take it in I would try to bottom it out to the bump stops, that way if they give you flack just show them the bump stops and where they contacted the frame. Also get the trans re-flash done if you didn't already do it, its worth it.

That is a good idea! Any good tips on how to bottom it out easily? I don't have anything too heavy that would get the job done. I think I already had them try the trans-reflash and they said that my truck didn't need it because of my VIN number. Do you think they are blowing smoke up my ass? What is that Trans-reflash TSB number again that you went off of?

If you have a friend in the retail/wholesale trade that has access to a pallet and a fork lift, just load up the pallet with heavy stuff and let them just put it in your bed with the fork lift. I had a friend do that for me and when I took it in they inspected the bump stops as proof. I've also attached the pdf of the tsb's if you need them.

As for the re-flash I mentioned that the truck was harsh shifting while cornering below 20 mph.

Franklin Toyota of Statesborro Georgia performed my suspension TSB no questions asked.

However Chatham Parkway Toyota of Savannah Georgia told me they ran my VIN number and the TSB was only for 4x4s not Pre Runners! I just smiled and walked out thinking to myself "What lazy dumb asses!" Chatham Parkway lost my business needless to say!

Doing the tsb will give you at least 3/4 inch, some have stated that they got an inch but I guess it's up to the truck. You'll notice at night when your headlights seem to be hitting the road lower then usual. I noticed that on mine, so looks like I gonna get me some 5100 Billies soon.

I got 1 1/4 inch and 1 inch (taco lean:D) which settled to 1 inch and a bit over 3/4 inch lift.
