Dealers who performed the Suspension TSB

Toyota of Pasadena just installed mine. I called Toyota USA got a case number. That day Toyota of Pasadena called me to set up an appointment for inspection. They inspected the truck and ordered the new leafs. Parts came within 2 days and installation took about a half day. They also have a courtesy shuttle.

 

when did they install yours? I got mine installed yesterday.. may 6th.. AT toyota of pasadena.. by chance did you have an AAL before you this done.. mine kind of look like theyve been beat up.. clean and shiny, but lots of chunks taken out.. also,, they bent straight across.. theres no bend with nothing in the back?

Stapp Toyota in Longmont, Colorado did mine last year. Great job, no more bottoming out! Ask for Rork to do your tech work, he has always done mine without any problems.

 

Mine got done today. I think mine looks the same. I didn't have an AAL on there before.

They preformed Transmission and Leaf TSB without any hassle.

 

Had my 2010 SR5 Off Road Taco done this week along with it's 5000k oil change etc. The dealership tech looked up the TSB while we were on the phone. Brought it in, picked it up the next day, 4 pack leaf springs installed, alignment, they even vacumed out the cab. Absolutely no questions asked, except would you like a cup of coffee Mr Walsh. They could not have been more accomadating. Central Maine Toyota, Waterville Maine.

 

Took my 2010 4x4 DC TRD Off Road to the stealership I bought it from Toyota of Temecula Valley, CA and they told me to pack sand, literally, they told me to load it up and prove to them the problem exists. So I took a drive to Toyota of Escondido and they told me they will do it. It took a week for the parts to come in and it took them 3 hours to install them. I'm loving it, the ride is not that much harsher and it feels good, more solid like it should be.

 

I'm getting ready to have mine done there as well. Did you put 5100's or some other lift on the front to compensate for the higher rear?

Went to Smart Toyota in Madison to have my suspension checked. I had the tsb printed out and sitting on my seat. They checked my odometer and saw the tsb sitting there. He checked to see that they had the parts. Which they did, and told me I could pick it up in a couple hours. Sweet! Very happy with Smart

 

I took my truck into Royal Palm Beach Toyota in S. Fla and had the TSB for the 4 leaf springs in hand to upgrade from my 3 leaf springs that came stock. The dealer inspected the truck for about 2 hours and approved the 4 leaf springs under warranty (truck was under 36k). They ordered the springs and 3 days later installed them in about 7 hours. Rear of the truck looks great; can't wait to tow the boat with them.

 

Toyota of San Diego did mine June of 2009, not too big of a hassle.

No pre inspection they just looked up my VIN and ordered the parts.
Three hours in and out truck is a lot better.

When I first called, they told me they needed to inspect the truck. I then told them "no", it needs the TSB, and they ordered the springs without any hassle.

TSB completed, and dealer installed 5100's up front for $280 in labor.
