    Im in Nola too. I bought my tacoma from Lakeside. When I told them about the TSB they said they have never here of it...

    illinoistacomaguy, Check out your rear leaf springs. If it's already done you'll have a 4 leaf pack, if not you'll have a 3 leaf pack.

    Spoke to the service department today. I told them that I noticed my 2011 DC bottoming out with a load. I also told them that a fellow Tacoma owner presented the TSB me and I wanted the work done. I received a call-back about 30 minutes later telling me to bring the truck in ASAP, they just have to confirm the VIN and they'll order the parts and get the work done

    I'm pretty excited. I hate the way it slouches under a moderate load and I tow quite often so this is great.

    BTW LAKESIDE TOYOTA. NEW ORLEANS LOUISIANA.

    Front 5100s at 1.75. Rear TSB. LoRider tonneau cover. OEM bed mat. OEM bug deflector. Illuminated 4x4 switch. In cab AC outlets. 400W anytime. EGR in channel window visors. Black badges. Rear weathertech liners.
    DO NOT GO TO DAYTONA TOYOTA in Daytona Beach, Florida. All they did was change my 3 leaf pack with a newer 3 leaf pack. Then the bitch at the counter told me that was the TSB and the newer leaves were beefier than the old ones. Will be talking to the manager tomorrow to get this straightened out.

    Heading to pickup my 11' from Don McGill in Houston. I told them my issue with a rough ride while loaded and they checked the TSB's, found the correct one, ordered the parts and installed it.

    They did warn me about the rough ride, but did not give me a hard time about it.

    OEM SS tube steps, Access LE tonneau cover, pop n'lock, AVS in-channel vent visors, stubby antenna, Wet Okole seat covers, bed mat, rear diff breather mod, 4 extra d rings in bed, K&N air filter.
    If you have a "harsh ride" they will change them out. You do not have to pay anything to have it done. Some dealers will do it no questions asked, and others will be a pain in the rear. Print out a copy of the TSB and take it in when you go. Mention "harsh ride" since that's what the tsb says....

    edit... just saw you have a 2005 and are out of warranty. You will have to pay to have it done.

    Toyota of Keene (NH) agreed to do mine, no hassle, no questions asked. They even changed my wording to reflect what the TSB says (harsh ride). I had complained about sagging under load and squeaking from the rears.
    They are even going to install my front 5100s that I'm getting from DSM to level it at no extra charge. :D

    **So they say, I'll update this when they actually do it.

    EDIT: They ended up charging me $40 to install the 5100s...still not bad at all.

    Toyota of Iowa City - Called last week and had an appointment this morning to have it looked at. After 15 min. the service guy came out and said there was an upgraded suspension for the truck. Will call to schedule when he has parts. Said I was lucky that it is under warranty due to a late in service date (truck is an 08). I had previously complained that the truck sags with a load, but that got no action. I called back and said 'harsh ride with load'. Not sure if it was the wording or the fact that I got a different service manager.
