    Prime Toyota Saco Maine, had to let them look at it (guess they have to say that) said yep ordered the parts did the springs and align it better then Toyota did, good job no hassles.

    Is this only free under warrenty? I have 63,000 miles on my 2009. No warranty left I don't believe from the factory.

    Toyota of Apex in Apex, NC went to bat for me and got Toyota to cover mine. 2008 CPO with more than 36,000 miles. They did the TSB correctly and quickly. I highly recommend them.

    Avondale Toyota in Avondale, AZ did it no problem. There only concern was to let me know that I would have a stiffer ride after the TSB was done. I did have to tell them that it had a harsh ride and provided them with a copy of the TSB.

    Finally done! We had a small communication issue, they had no idea about the "Harsh Ride". I would suggest printing the TSB and taking it with you.

    Took truck in for oil change (free for life) and told them about the back saggin with light weight and that there was a tsb out for it. They did the oil change and then told me the new parts are ordered. Parts took 3 days to come in and got it done the other day. Much better ride now!
