Barstow CA, Seuters Toyota. They're even going to align it if I put my front spring spacers in before the TSB.

McNatt Toyota and Dodge in Denton, TX did the TSB for me. they were actually very helpful, gave me a rent-a-car and gave me a nice clean wash afterwards. it was all free. and i was extremely happy with it. they even found a random issue with one of my wheel weights being wrong, and they fixed that for me for free too.

once again McNatt toyota and dodge located off of I-35 in Denton, TX near Corinth.

I'm having them fix a vibration in the shift boot. Why not get the TSB done as well. They ordered the parts. Mondays the day.

Went to Star Toyota in Galveston Co, TX with my '08 TRD. They said it wasn't covered. I'm sorely dissapointed.

All done at Midcity Motorworld in Eureka. New bilstein shocks and 4 leaf springs. Looks and rides great. Not a bad upgrade for free. Thanks Toyota.

Call Customer Service at Toyota Corporation 1 (800) 331-4331 and let them know that you are experiencing the problems covered by this TSB and least the will be informed that another '08 has a problem and keep bugging them for a while and see how many complain about this, Toyota then should include '08s in the TSB by or around the month of October like they did with '07s. Customer Service at Toyota Corporation will provide you with a case number do not loose it and use it on your next calls.

This is the only way by now and also patience.

At 50,000 miles, Kearny Mesa Toyota in San Diego, CA took care of it. Yes I did have to call the corporate # because my dealership was unresponsive. As much as I dislike the dealership, the tech who performed the work was knowledgeable and down to earth. Spoke to the manager on my behalf.

At 46,000 miles, it took a call to Toyota Corporate Customer Service and they let me pick the dealership of my choice. Had it done at Stevens Creek Toyota. Service advisor was kind a jerk about it, as if he was doing me a huge favor???

Anyways truck feels 10 times better now, more like a truck, less like a caddy!

The reason it took you calling corporate and having a service advisor who seemed like a jerk is that the TSB clearly states that only Taco's within the 3/36 factory warranty are eligible. I am surprised they did it, and I am a service advisor

I assume the reason they did it for me at 50k is the fact I have history with Kearny Mesa Toyota. I've taken there for most of my service (Frank Toyota as well in National City). Plus, I had asked about Goodwill. I'm thinking the whole thing would have cost me around $600 had I needed to get the work done else where. So for that I am grateful. Thank you Toyota for fixing your mistake. :)

I ran the warranty paperwork and it cost Toyota just under $2000.00 to do the TSB.

Big whoop, don't you think the truck should do what toyota says it could do? Have you seen the truck on the bump stops? You sound like your a stock holder trying to save the company some money by screwing the consumer.

Just venting, because I got the same impression that they were doing me some big favor when the truck was new and couldn't handle 850lbs in the bed.

Don't act like Nissan...that's why we like toyota :)

All in All it went pretty smooth with no hassels...
