Fixed and sold at a dealer. The conversation now is that the new owner is not aware of what repairs had occurred unless the dealer disclosed everything. But at the price it was listed at, i doubt they disclosed EVERYTHING

No money, all went to truck...
Sorry if this question was asked. If there's damage like this and its repaired, are they required to disclose? Seems like not right?

    In all reality; No.

The damage was repaired. The amount of damage did not exceed the value of the vehicle, no insurance got involved (AFAIK), the title is clean. As a "used" vehicle, available at a major name brand dealership, it passed a used car safety inspection and emissions inspection. Service department has signed off on it being OK to sell; so there's nothing to disclose as far as that Sales department is concerned. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, just saying that it is what it is.

Sales may not outright lie about the vehicle, but they may not tell the whole truth either. If there is service history available; it's up to the new/potential owner to be astute enough to review it, understand it, and use that knowledge appropriately.

Vehicles break down and/or get fucked up, and repaired - all day every day. Not just Toyotas, not just at dealerships, not just by trained professionals. When buying a used vehicle, it truly is Caveat Emptor. At least the dealership owned up to it in this case, ate the repairs and fixed the truck. Whether they were honest about who/how/why the damage occurred in the first place, is anybody's guess.
