Anyone recommend a local toyota dealership to manually check my transmission fluid?

Just dropped my truck off at Claremont toyota and after leaving my truck there for 5 hours for the 5k service check they called me and told me they can't replicate the problem.

I 100% know the fluid is low.

Anyone know a connection at a local toyota dealer for service?

I had mine done at Claremont 2 weeks ago. You need to tell them that the transmission slips when going from reverse to drive when it's cold. Mine was only a half quart low but it's made a difference while driving. Another option is John elway. Others have taken theirs there. I dealt with a girl named Jessica as a service advisor at Claremont. Maybe talk to her. Also state that you want the fluid checked manually after it has been brought to temperature and that you're concerned about the atf level.

Thanks for the input, I'm picking it up in an hour and hopefully it has been sitting for a while so I can show them what's going on

So basically just went to pick up my truck, asked the porter to not move my car I want a service tech to be sitting in the car so I can show them the reverse to drive lag. He takes me to a service advisor "Danny serrato" (fuckin biggest piece of shit I have ever met) after explaining to them for the third time he tells me he's not a technician and all of them went home. He suggested I come drop my truck off another day and wait for it to become cold so I can prove it to the technician, then I will have to leave it over night so they can top off the transmission. I told him I'm not wasting another day, I set an appointment in advance and it pretty much took them 5.5 hours to rotate tires.

After becoming one of those irate customers I told him that if they manually check the level and its full I will personally pay for any labor charges incurred, if it's low then I basically say I told you so and they fill it for me under warranty for free. He basically tells me no!

Then I say if I come in here as a normal paying customer and pay the dealer to flush my tranny fluid and refill it will they do it and he says your car only has 5k miles on it, we won't do that.

Then I took his business card and asked for his service managers name.

Can't believe the lack of customer service or even the fact they won't do it even if I pay!

    Any suggestions?

I have a personal contact there. I can ask him and get back to you if you want?
