I have the OEM one and am happy with it.
Locks good and seems to be pretty water tight.
I haven't done any extra weather proofing which was suggested on here, like different seals you can get to help etc.

Been through car washes with it and had minimal water in and it was only around the tailgate and the right side of the cabin, nothing came in from the sides. Rather impressed that in a touchless wash my Hi viz sweater for work that I forgot in the bed didn't get wet at all.

I have removed it twice as well and its pretty heavy.
Its installed at the dealer and the rails have to be cut for where the latches are.

This. I ordered an OR. It showed up with a tonneau. I wanted a canopy.

Pop-n-lock tailgate. New radio knobs. Rear step.
I've been very pleased with the OEM cover. It's been great for 20K miles now.

As others have said, I think the sales of OEM covers you see on TW are mostly about people changing the way they use their truck or it was an unwanted option. I'm kicking around the idea of a canopy/shell. If I make that change, you'll probably see me trying to sell my tonneau cover as well.

    Write-up on OEM Tonneau install.
I have installed the back bed gap fill spaces. I only have water leaking on the driver side rear fastener closest to tailgate. I will admit that the BakFlip II is a superior product. I was able to pick up an OEM tonneau for $350 on Craigslist, so I'm happy I saved about $500.
