Dealership sheered a lug, should I have asked for a loaner until replacement?

    They could have also removed a nut and lug from a vehicle on the lot the day it happened and been done without you ever knowing.

    Maybe they'll keep some spare lug parts going forward, I can't believe they didn't in the first place.
