Dealerships that don’t suck

Toyota South in Richmond KY - no complaints so far except that they're a 30 mile drive down the interstate while a competitor (Green's Toyota) is less than 5 miles from my house. I'll have my 25K service due in January, then I'll decide whether or not to extend to ToyotaCare Plus or just start seeing a local repair shop for preventive/routine maintenance.

 

Anyone can have a bad day/ bad attitude. It's statistically more likely that happens on the dealer side. The measure of any quality business is how they hold themselves accountable when things don't go perfect.

I've known businesses that were amazing and profitable and the one thing they had in common is accountability.

 

Just bought a preowned 2017 at Koch Toyota in Easton, PA. It was a great experience, the used car manager worked with us and was not pushy at all.

They have a great service department also. Quick in and out if you need anything done.

 

My go to when i need something done on vaca in denver. Can't beat the breakfast omlettes.
