Special thanks to all of those providing info to the authorities. Those that pass official judgment need to do their jobs. Being drunk is not an excuse.

I hope they get sentenced to thousands of hours of community service within the NPS having to clean up trashed sites left by other assholes. Also are they in the park where this occurred cause I am pretty sure its illegal to discharge weapons within a National Park.

They will be facing a multitude of charges. Community service will be the least of their sentence. Good thing I'm not in charge. Need to send a message to the rest of the tools in the shed least they get out of line.

Oh I hope Jail time and felonies are applied as well I just don't think that will stop them from doing it again in the future, they don't seem bright enough to think about the consequences of their actions.

Probably stop them but others will follow in their footsteps. Remember the "scout leaders" who toppled rocks in Goblin Valley UT and that chick who was painting crap in national parks, DVNP got hit by her too. I'd like to think she got some time but doubt it.

Well now that I finally had time to fix up the truck, it is too hot to go to DV. Time to start planning for the fall.

Sounds like they were caught and charged. For some reason I can't copy the text on my phone.

The one with the gun, was on probation, a BIG no-no to be in possession of a loaded gun.

I was being flippant. Trying to make a statement about our judicial system without getting banned. :oldglory:

    I see. :sandwich:

In this instance, it would seem that the authorities have a lot of material evidence to help convict. Let's hope they don't screw it up. :cookiemonster: :D
