It might give you too much lift IMO. Then you'll deal with the rear vibes that'll require a driveshaft carrier bearing drop kit. I mean I have a topper/roof rack, shovel, and axe at all times +200lb and have to get a kit installed myself(ordered last week). Ride quality is great though. I took some dirt backroads at 60mph on straight lines and never felt unsafe. I'd message Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road. There are some light duty springs if you never carry weight on the back. Just my opinion though.

That's the issue I am having. I have weight in the back, but only once or twice a month. It's either a 400lbs bike being towed to the track or ~100lbs of camping gear.

I'm taking my topper off in a couple of weeks. I'll let you know how it goes.

sounds like you might benefit more from sumo springs/bags with an AAL than spending almost $1k on leaf springs honestly... only reason im going with the deaver expedition 2 leaf pack (500-700 lbs) is due to my daily 500ish lbs and leaving me an additional 200 lbs when im loaded up with gear or whatnot... just trying to help you save some money for other/more beneficial mods for your use where as these are built for heavy constant loads (ie: steel rear bumper w/wing arm... jerry cans... full size spare... camper shell etc)

Guess I'll jump in here since I'm now running @JerryTaco 's Deaver u402's and Icon 2.5 rears.

I run a cap 24/7 and have a 60" hi lift in the bed at all times. Before trips I'll add the RTT on top of the cap and load the entire bed with gear/firewood.

With just the cap and hi-lift the rear is pretty stiff, but not to the point where it's not a good ride.
Once loaded down the thing rides like a dream without sagging at all. Very impressed with the setup.

I've called Deaver and they can do a custom 402 pack for any weight and at any height. I was looking for 1-1.5 inches of total lift at most but I'm in the same boat. Basically empty except shell and than loaded with 400+ pounds when heading to camp

Stock at the moment, but I have Wheeler's super bumps and all pro flip kit in the garage awaiting install. Just need to get the right u-bolts.

I just picked up the tibrems with flip kit. Wasn't sure if the stock bumps were enough.

Would it be smarter to just get a light pack from Deaver with airbags or just get a custom setup from Deaver? I keep seeing people saying the Deaver light pack can't hold heavy weight for long periods of time. Afraid that it will go bad fast since sometimes I leave the bike loaded up in the back of the truck overnight.

I think Deaver makes the J66 which is their light pack and only adds 1.5" of lift and stock weight. The u402 is the expedition pack which is 3" lift and holds 300-500 lbs constant height, you can then add an extra leaf bumping it up to 500-700 and then another leaf for 700+

Well here's my scenario. I have King 2.5 and Camburg coming in the mail at the end of the month, the rear leaf pack is the last piece of my puzzle. I am building the truck to be a comfortable all around truck. I drive it on weekends when taking the lady out to eat or when we go wheeling. When I do go wheeling, I am speeding through the desert (If you can't tell, I enjoy high speed). I do little overland stuff and nor do I carry constant weight. I only have weight (430lbs street bike or ~100 of camping gear) maybe once or twice a month (if that). I am looking for something that is comfortable on and off-road, with and without a load. I won't have anything over 430lbs.

I'm a little lost at what is best for me. Light pack? Light pack with airbags? Heavy pack? Custom? I am most likely going Deaver since they are a local company to me. However, I am VERY open to other recommendations that suits my needs/wants.

I would contact Deaver and look into a custom pack, that way you will get exactly what you need. Everything else is going to be cookie cutter and will likely be too much or not enough.

IMO youll be fine with a light pack since you will be riding empty most times. Look at the J66

So I don't have exact weights but I would have to guess 150lbs for my Leer fiberglass cap, 200lbs for an All Pro dual swing out and another 100lbs for a spare and Rotopax cans. I'd be thinking the U402 level 2 pack for 500-700lbs would be most reasonable. Do my estimates seem reasonable? RTT will be in the future.
