Add A Leaf. Its an extra leaf added to the leaf pack to increase load capacity/height

so now that i have decided/ordered my deaver expedition 2 (500-700 lbs constant load) leaf pack i was curious anyone that has them can measure the thickness... i currently have the timbren u bolt flip kit and I'm worried they wont be long enough to be safe (3-4 threads minimum above the nut would be peace of mind for me). so if anyone is running that exact leaf pack please let me know and i'll give you a nice crisp high five lol

I'm running the same setup. Leaf pack is just over 3". The Timbren flip kit has plenty of threads left to secure the top plate.

How much lift did you ultimately finish with in the rear?

I'm getting ready to install my new deavers soon so I got some all pro plates to replace the timbren ones since I like the more compact design of the all pro plate... what do your u bolts and nuts look like? I mean the nuts on your u bolt not... err you know what I mean lol

hmmm that's strange... I measured last night and with a 3" leaf pack and the new all pro plates at 1.2" and the timbren nuts being so tall I wont have any threads showing... looks like i'll have to stop by 4 wheel parts or something to try and find 1-1.5" longer u bolts now *sigh*

They should fit, in theory. Looking at the allpro website it looks like they are installed on a 3" pack. When I called them I told them its about 3" with 10 leafs and they said that was about the same size as their pack Mine arent installed but I'll take a pic of what I have

I got my kit directly from timbren and I just recently got all pros plates only so I could swap out the timbren ones... so my hardware is a little different than the kit from all pro

I just got mine delivered and from the center of the leaf pack mines only 2 3/4" thick... the picture you took looks to be from the over load leaf that's got a little space which maybe added to your measurement... any chance you can measure from the center? I just want to be sure I got the deaver expo 2 pack and not the standard

How many leafs do you have. The difference is just one leaf. 9 vs 10
