So once you get the badges off, with fishing line or some equivalent, whats the best way to put them back on?

They sell emblem adhesive at auto parts. I'd be prone to just using clear silicone myself.

3M makes a 'Plastic Emblem and Trim Adhesive' that I used. It works well, but remember that if you paint the emblems black, do NOT get any of that adhesive on the painted part. It will dissolve it into a mess. I had to fix two little edges after I got to be in too much of a hurry.

Also, in taking them off, the fishing line did not work well, at least for me. I used a plastic putty knife and they came right off.

Thanks fellas...I think Im good to go now.. Ill show pics at some point..

I am planning on blacking out all chrome, blacking out emblems and skid.

Either going to buy black steelies, or paint my rims black.

I am debating on buying a color matched grill, but I dont want to go through all the crap mounting the grillcraft and hellas again. If I dont go that route, I am going to paint chrome grill surround black as well...Thoughts?
