Decals or Wrap or Sticker?

Has anyone attempted adding a few stripes or graphic on taco? I’ve been looking online for 5” to 9” stripes to go over be of truck. Just been playing with some ideas but super hard to find place that sells them. I’ve seen the retro ones in orange and yellow but that’s not my thing. @Bustabeatgeorge has nice set up on his truck.

Don't do stickers! Vinyl is relatively easy to put on and can be pulled off if needed. You just need to patient when you put it on and there are plenty of youtube vids showing how to do it.

 

Graphics are cool if done correctly. But don't do stripes.

 

just curious, what is your thing? i am about to work up a small custom version of the yellow-orange-red, but not the whole big graphic thing.

 

I’m liking this look. Def no to stickers and going a vinyl wrap.

Definitely not as fancy as your image above, but I've gotten a lot of compliments on the below. My wife bought them for me for 40 bucks or so. They've been on a couple years now and are still in great shape. They are actually for a 3rd gen, but work just fine on the 2nd.



So yeah, nothing wrong with graphics!

 

Man I just like when guys just do what makes them happy. I think looks sick. Good on you and pretty legit wife for stepping in.
Anything to be diff I say let’s do it but copying another man or woman lol truck is a compliment lol

 

Northwest Overland Rally last year I noticed this. They bought the Tacoma graphic like mine, flipped it over, cutout "Tacoma" and put in their own logos. Ingenuity right there, lol.

 

...like a tramp stamp for trucks...
