Why don't you go out in your truck now to see? People are trying to help you troubleshoot

i updated my post a bit. the static at rest angles don't tell the whole story. but it is what the tsb says. you are getting all sorts of misdirection, as usual. see previous threads. if the coasting test has vibes, it is the springs.

take a run at a gentle hill and leave the truck in drive at over 30mph to let it coast without touching the brakes.
i did this on mine before taking to the dealer. very easy to do. ask dealer to do it if you don't have the truck.
iirc it did not matter if was in neutral or drive but i'm not 100% on that. pretty sure.
drive is where i certainly first noticed it.

oh yeah: welcome. sorry you have to deal with this. it is a pita.

My 2019 has a decel vibration from 25 down to about 10 mph…..no brakes applied. If I put 200 pounds in the bed it goes away.
I’ve owned four Toyota trucks since 1997 and every one had some type of driveline vibration. It’s a Toyota thing, get used to it or sell it because I’ve never driven a vibration free Toyota. You might lessen it, or change where it happens, but you most likely will never eliminate it 100%.

If it still does then it could be nothing to do with the brakes. May be something with the trans

This is my 3rd Tacoma since 98.

I don’t recall how the first one drove, but the second was an ‘04 that finally rusted out a few months back (the reason for getting this ‘21).

I know for sure the ‘04 didn’t have this vibration, and don’t recall it having others. One reason this ‘21 vibration stuck out to me was because I remember thinking my ‘04 drove smoother.

It’s something someone is missing. You need to find out what it is . I doubt the truck is un fixable

I would get it in writing that the rep said that these trucks were made for towing and hauling. What about driving to pick up a load? That's a BS excuse. The deceleration problem did not seem to exist with the 2nd gen Tacomas. TCCN blamed it on body on frame construction but lots of vehicles are made that way without the problem. My 2023 v6 does it slightly only occasionally but not bad enough to let them play games trying to fix it. On any pickup the driveshaft angle changes based on the payload but only 3rd gen Tacomas seem to have lots of truck with this problem. If the Frontiers were problem free I might have bought one of them but heavy steering and acceleration issues that maybe related to the 10sp transmission and other issues stopped me. Something is designed wrong with the angles or leaf springs if you need a gas robbing heavy load to make it drive smoothly.
