Anyone install a 3/1 leveling kit on a 2018 TRD Off Road and experience a subtle deceleration vibration? When slowing down as soon as the speed reduces between 30-20 mph I have a minor vibration. I sometimes feel it around 65mph as well but not all the time. I have experience the needle bearing vibration on my last truck (2016) and this is definitely different. I have tried to get some angles on the driveline and it looks like that might be the cause. I have 3.5 degrees on the transfer case and 5.5 degrees at the rear diff. I already tried the OME carrier bearing drop with no change. Should I try a new 1" block in the rear with a 1 degree taper?

I would try the 1" block with 1 degree taper. Typical rule, I have read is 1 degree for each inch of lift on rear lift. Might be 3.5 on transfer case also. Could be pinching carrier bear from both side with that much on each side.

Also, have you had the TSB done for this problem. I haven't had it done yet. Will have it done on next service. Others have said it has corrected it.

I would check your tires too. I have the same thing... guys that did my work pulled the entire driveshaft and it was still there even driving around without the driveshaft in 4Hi. They thought it was my tires. Seems just a 1" lift in the rear wouldn't give you the vibes. Many lift higher in the rear with no vibes, but who knows. These vibe things always seem different from truck to truck.

Isn't the TSB a new leaf pack with a tiny shim? I wanted to try that but I have aftermarket leafs.

    I read that TSB-0058-18, and/or TSB-0062-18 solves/helps deceleration vib, between 30-10 mph.

Yeah, which I believe are new leaf packs. Not sure though.

hmm. Wonder how that would solve a vibration. Didn't think it was engine related.

    Transmission related. Adjust shifting.
