Decent Dealer for Warranty Work (Western WA) ?

I am quite happy with my new 2020 TRD OR, and have no problems; but I am thinking ahead, just in case ...

I know from past experience that my local Dealer (Bremerton, WA) is absolutely incompetent and incapable of doing anything properly or correctly; and so I won't ever be taking my truck to them for anything (I will do my own 'Toyota Care' work).
The next closest Dealer is Titus-Will in Tacoma, and I have heard nothing but 'bad' about their Service Department as well.

So my question to you, my local fellow Tacoma Owners/Enthusiasts, is: Is there a decent Dealer around here for Warranty work?

I would like to find a Service Department that is capable of diagnosing a problem correctly, and repairing a problem correctly; while at the same time not damaging my truck (scratches, dents, broken things) or slathering everything (inside & out) with greasy hands. Yes, I have had some bad experiences !

Please share your experiences, good and bad; and help identify the good and the bad Toyota Dealer Service Departments, for the benefit of all of us.

I also suggest Michael's Toyota of Bellevue. Last time I was there they had some old grandma making chocolate chip cookies in the lobby lol also, unless they've changed their policy, they offered a free loaner vehicle when I left my truck with them overnight to get work done. I'm also on the peninsula and I know with heartland they only offered a rental so if it's anything more than the free toyota care maintenance then I just drive the extra distance to Bellevue.

I’ve heard good things about Toyota of Kirkland. I’ve been to Micheal’s Toyota and the service portion was “meh”, but the people were nice, at least.

 

Lots of people recommend Toyota in Puyallup.

I will often stop by for a cup of coffee and a few cookies from Michaels on my way to BC after work lol. I bought my truck from them too, did good work.

 

Lol nice! When I bought my truck down in Oregon they were surprised I didn't buy it at Michael's.

 

Toyota of Olympia does good work. Take my stuff there cause Toyota of Tacoma is kinda sketch

Titus was unimpressive to try to work with , never called me back to tell me when a bolt i ordered came in. Bellevue has done me well, but expensive af if you pay out of pocket (had my truck broke into and they were the only ones who could fix it next day)
