Decisions---> Advice

UPDATE* Dealer has been playing games. Last week they assured me I would have the truck this week, now they are saying they(both trucks that were available) have been sold under them and cant find any others within 150 miles. They say i would have to pay for a flat bed to bring any others further out... I've already given them $500 down to get the truck and they insist that they would have to special order the truck and will take up to 10 weeks.
Is there something I should be doing? Im on Long Island and he was correct in that there are none in manual, ive called every dealership on Long Island but not upstate or CT, NJ or PA. Now do i get my money back and go out of state? or suck it up and wait for a new order?

Also is the TRD off road package really necessary just to get the rear diff(suspension will be changed anyway and further down the road I definitely would lock both diffs with gearing hence me settling for sr5)? He was trying to push me to TRD OR package instead of the SR5 I settled on price with. Im thinking they dont want to sell the car to me for 27k.
