I have decided on my new tires for the blue mule, Michelin LTX M/S2 in 245/75R16. The question to ponder is; do I want the outlined white letter tires showing…which would a touch of contrast to a base 07 India Ink Pearl Blue Metallic double cab with stock metal wheels or do I want the black walls showing, which is the way it is now with the OEM Dunlop’s?
I’m leaning towards the white letter tires showing.:) What are your opinions or thoughts?

Personal choice. I do not like the white showing.

I like the looks of the white outlined letter tires, just something a bit out of the norm:D

I like the white letters but I got razzed in my build thread, haha. To each their own...

I have the same color truck as you and put white letter BFG all terrains on it, I really like the look. I also had the Dunlop 245's on it, and put 265/70/16's on it. Much better, Ill post pics when I get home tommorow.

White lettering seems more "sporty" to me... Like someone wearing an adidas jumper is gonna pop out with their chihuahua, while talking on their handsfree headset and choking down a quad mocha latte. So, if you're into that look, go for it!

    J/k! :p
I've been reading these threads for long enough that I think we (yeah myself included) get way too caught up in ultimately pretty trivial details. Just hold up pics of both options side by side and go with your gut!

I think white letters out looks sick. Here is my truck next to Derek's truck. I'm getting new tires and I have no choice, white has to be outside.

That would be my thinking. Now if you had a white truck, you'd probably want to go with the black showing.
