Deck plate mod done!

    Okay i finished the deck plate mod. everything went good. but i couldnt figure out where the silencers were. i wanted to take them out to make it a little louder. i looked everywhere but couldnt find them. can anyone show me some pictures of where they are. it would be a big help

    You get the best gains with them in. :D

    Haha well I taped them off. Is it better without them taped off? I think it sounds better taped off

    Has anyone else taped off the silencers? And can that ever be bad? Like the tape gettin sucked into the intake?

    Chris 4x4 did a dyno on his with them taped and untaped. He states that he lost HP with them taped. I left mine untaped. I love the way my truck run . It has some ass now!!! Best mod I ever did!!!!;)

    I really do think it made a difference. I'm mad I kept puttin it off till now haha

    I also have noticed I've been gettin worse gas mileage cause I keep givin her some gas to hear it roar haha

    Yeah he dos have a 2nd gen. Iam not sure hows 1st gen tacoma he dynoed.:confused:
