Does anyone know if this will fit under the Diamondback HD cover? If so, how much room or how much space is from the top of the Decked system to the top of the bed?

I put some Firestone bags on my 2nd gen and they were about 325 for the whole kit.

It looks like it’s under the rails so it would work under the diamondback, but there can’t be much more than 6-8” above it if you had the tonneau on.

I love my decked. Not sure if I was having a senior moment or what but it took me, fairly mechanical, and a carpenter friend of mine about 3 hours to install. Although we followed the instructions to the letter about no power tools.

I ended up going with a set of air lift bags that were $240 on Amazon. They ride before the axle between the leaf and the frame. Every truck I've had that used the Firestone bags caused the ass end to be so stiff bc their placement directly above the axle, but they were all 3/4 ton trucks that road stiff

Top is before lift and bottom after lift. About 4 days since install and at 2” lift over stock so far. Hope it doesn’t settle in more than 2”. Ride is way better than stock IMO, but ride quality is subjective.

In the picture it kind of looks the same, really gotta compare the space in the wheel wells. In person it is very noticeable, rear was sagging alot. To me it looks so much better now.

Bilstein lift kit w/OME Dakar HD leaf pack, but I changed the fronts for 6112:

    -Bilstein 6112 set at 6/5
    -Bilstein 5100 extended
    -ECGS Bearing
    -OME Dakar HD Leaf pack
The kit came with extended u bolts, carrier bearing drop kit, extended brake lines.

Got all the parts except the ECGS bearing from @HeadStrong Off-Road. Please speak to Marie for quote.

I see a big difference in the pics, looks sharp man. I've piled on the miles on this truck and dumped cash in to it and now I'm itching for a tundra...

Resale is much better on a Tacoma and the Tundra is supposed to have a new design next year. I would at least wait to see what the 2021 Tundra looks like.

I’m 6’2” and the Tacoma is a little small for me, so I definitely know what you mean about wanting the full size Tundra.

Thanks, that picture was taken right after lift so there was quite a bit of rake. Things have settled and in comparison (using side view mirrors) height is similar to TRD Pro. I wasn’t looking for anything more than 2”-2.5”. 3” would be nice if I didn’t have to worry about parking garages.

Yes it does fit under the Diamond Back cover. It all depends on the height/depth of your bed, but the DECKED system sits 12" up from the bottom of your bed.

Appreciate the information. I’ve been thinking of putting one under and then a RTT on my Diamondback for an off-road set up.
