    So damn bummed! Went to pick up my decked system from the shipping terminal today after it being delayed for 4 days only to find the package was crushed and in pieces. I refused delivery but the decked customer service seems to be great. A 5 minute call with CS and they will be sending me out a new system on Monday. Hopefully Saia won’t destroy this one. I had planned on installing it tonight with hopes of using this weekend. We will see. So far A+ for Decked CS.

    I worked in receiving for 23 years and Saia and Old Dominion were the worst regarding damaged freight. At least CS took care of it right away
