If you use peanut oil and have a dog (or cat) do not leave any spilled oil on the ground for the animals to lick up. My sisters dog got very sick after cleaning up the oil.

Not much yet, got a pretty good sound system w/ my custom sub box. Plan on adding more lights & a tool box.

All I would add is DON'T forget to mark the water level w frozen turkey FIRST!
As for the oil, filter it through a doubled=up piece of cheese cloth, or hit up Cabellas for the filters specailly made for this.

I've reused my oil several times. Make potato chips, they'll soak up the flavors from the turkey.
I was given my frier for an early Christmas prize, the wife told me to go get busy & handed me the turkey (that was almost 10 years ago).
That first year we fried motz. sticks, poppers, fries, whatever we could find frozen. never did try twinkies or snickers bars yet, I wan t to do some dounuts & ben yays!
I've heard that fried tri tip is really good, but can't seem to get it past the BBQ!
    That is all
