Looks young to me. To take him or not depends on a lot of things. First your questioning taking him, that should be your answer right there. IMO the first thing that should come to mind on a trophy deer is, holy shit, look at that dude. Second, is it your property, will/would a hunter on the next parcel let him go/grow another year. Is/would that deer be a trophy to you.

Gotta share some good customer service I received today.

I have several KOA knives,(knives of Alaska).
I broke my brown bear on the hip of a monster axis last year,I was bummed I broke my favorite knife. Was I rough with it? Idk. But I sent it in on a chance it may qualify for at least a discounted new one. Well they replaced it for free, threw in a sticker, and was really surprised when I saw they also gave me a check for ten bucks to cover shipping it to them!
Now that's some quality customer service, hard to find these days.
I'll be getting more KOA knives for sure .

That is good customer service. I broke my favorite buck knive one time and I sent it to them and they said I tampered with it

Yes sir. I know I was rough with it. I always break out the hip bone at socket each side then pull out everything with legs split out laying flat. Now I have to sharpen the backbone of the Brown bear a little more.

And my uncle got this whitey a few days ago archery.

Timber companies have shut down the woods for fire danger... Might not have an early muzzle loader season... Bring on the rain!

    Nice bear.

We all could use some rain.

Bunch of does with a stragler buck now and then. As long as the does stay around , the bucks come.

Still hearing the axis but they won't come in yet.
