Hey you ever make porcupines in a skillet? That's a good comfort food for your burger.

This is a good looking option. I haven’t heard anything bad about nikons so I will definitely consider.

I like the option of a 50mm especially for a 4-12. I have had a couple 3-9x40 and they just seem to hurt my eyes a bit. But I could be because they were Simmons scopes and junk.

I have also heard great things about Leupold. My redfield is a division of them and it’s awesome.

Michigan deer and predator hunting. It’s a Remington 700. I imagine I’ll be placing most shots between 200-500 yards. But I haven’t hinted much here so I guess I don’t know terribly what I am getting into. For right now I’m gonna swap my other scope onto this one. But I think in the end, it will be a 4-12x50mm either by Nikon or leupold or redfield if they have one.

Thanks for all the info guys. Just needed a little support to make sure I wasn’t completely off track.

yeah I sound picky and I guess I kinda am but really its like rice, noodles (Chinese food more or less by default because of that), beets, celery, white chocolate, butterscotch and nuts (and if that was all that was left on earth, I might could put enough salt, pepper, hot sauce on beets to live)

of course there are exceptions to almost all of that though but its my general rule of thumb

@JDAM does this count as comfort food? Mashed potatos chedder cheese and browned burger... Little flour and an egg for the batter and into the iron they go.

Haha we didnt have leftover mashed potatoes which would have been ideal, so i had to get canned whole potatoes and mash em (little butter milk and mayo) then i brown the meat with some garlic and onion powder salt and pepper. Mixed all that and some cheese with a few tablespoons of flour and an egg together (the first couple didnt look that good so i added flour to the batter until they started looking good haha) if u dont have an iron they would work as "pancakes" too just sayin

First pass on the crown. Will let dry overnight and fill in the low spots tomorrow and do a final sanding.

Nope. All free hand. This is a mixture of cement and plaster of Paris. I cut out the plywood form behind it. All just shapes from my head haha
