ive got a Knight orginal MK-85!-from before they went national. only thing i did was the 209 conversion.good shootin gun.

 

Surprising to me it is that late around there. In Starkville MS (120 ish miles south of Tennessee border) I saw bucks chasing does on the last day of November it did seem early though.

This past November was the first in many years that I never saw any kind of rut activity whatsoever,
I saw does every sit but not a buck or even buck pics on my place, But I also suspect my doe numbers are way down.
lots of people in my area say everything was business as usual and then others had the same result as me.

 

Southwest Virginia. The buck I shot Thanksgiving week was running 3 does, so our second rut should be in full swing this week or next. Funny you should say nutdragger, I just had a vasectomy this past Thursday and I feel like I’ve been dragging mine! I’m afraid to hop on the 4wheeler for the next week or two, but deer season only comes around once a year and you can’t see them laying on the couch.

 

Get some frozen peas to sit on...lol

wow. im 55 and went for the pre-op for one years ago. got scared and didnt do it after they told me what they would do but kept the valium they gave me. wife was pissed. lol, hope you heal well!

 

Day three, still no swelling, turning colors though! All they gave me was a shot of lidocaine on each side before they started. It’s not fun. The worst part is having to lay around and not do anything.

Felt like 2 Brazilian soccer players with cowboy boots kicked each nut when I had mine. Frozen peas were my friend.

 

Had mine done on a Thursday. The following Saturday, lil over a week later, I was scouting and hanging stands. Keep the boys iced the first couple of days and take it easy. By then end of this week you should be feeling much better.

 

First time, yes the first time I was scheduled, I rode the elevator up to the third floor where the Urologist was located, door opened, door closed. Rode it back down and left. Went back in for another consult, doctor asked me why I left. I told him my BIL said when you applied the novocaine it went right into each of the "boys". He busted out laughing and said your BIL is an asshole. Explained the whole procedure again, including applying the local. Rescheduled, went in, had it done. Piece of cake. Since my wifey is a nurse she asked if she could watch and the doctor obliged. I think she wanted to make sure all loose ends were tied up.

 

You guys are like Sunkist Oranges ,all juice ,no seed .
