Used the shed spreader. Kinda fucked up the hole since the correct angle and length of screw would’ve gone right through the first fork. Wrapped with some twine to hide the gaps. Doesn’t look bad from far back. Would care a little more if it was my deer.

Made a rack for my skull plates. Don’t give me shit for shooting babies, I shoot for meat. The landowners beside of us shoot anything brown. I’d love to not shoot any buck unless it had a minimum spread or point restriction, but neighbors prevent that. And some of these are 15-20 years old!

We’ve shot some good bucks off the mountain, but it’s not that often. The memories last a lifetime!

Filled feeders today and stumbled across a couple of dead heads. Sucks to see the axis. It’s low fence free range and we don’t have that many so it’s once less breeding does. The others were ancient. D2F5AA56-07CA-4469-9028-AC64B5E82CDF.jpgA5F55ABA-8FF6-4E6C-89D2-E1A1C402B68B.jpg

Our rifle season don’t start until November but we have a youth day September 26th, any weapon can be used by anyone under 17 I think it is.

Yeah we have to just be content with dove season, rabbit and squirrel until deer opens... I don't bow hunt anymore cuz its honestly too hot till November here anyway... I have only seen a handful of snakes in the woods but that's still too many haha not to mention skeeters and ticks... Oh youth is 15 and under her
