Not the biggest buck I have on camera, but what would you age him? He looks like he’s possibly the oldest buck I’ve had on cam so far. Check him out compared to this young looking 6 point…

Red Stag. We had one stroll through a couple years ago after a flood. There are a couple of high fences around that must have gotten knocked over during the flood. Never saw him again. (the axis are regulars)

If you can, poke a hole in him! Finders keepers

Well archery opens this weekend. Made one scouting trip with my daughter and found one cow up at the tippy top. I know there's a wallow back there. Supposed to be warm this weekend. Might go sit it saturday and sunday. No confirmed sightings of bulls but I know they frequent the area. Turned up the workouts the last 3 weeks. Been hiking a local hill with 35-50-70 lbs in my pack. Don't think there's anything that can really prepare your body for packing out a whole elk solo though lol. Still have to call for permission on a ranch that I know has deer on it. Dunno if my wife wants a deer this year or if she'll be happy with an antelope and be done for the season. Getting excited. Work is boring lol.

Nah, he needs to be disqualified with the extreme prejudice of a 30-30. Promptly drawn, quarted, mounted and then 1 part mounted on my wall and the other wrapped in vacum sealed bags for my freezer. If he isn't a trophy BlackBuck then he's darn close to it.
