Yep. Got close enough yesterday to try to take it off of him. He would hang out for a second, but not long enough for that.

Deer are smarter than that around here and they know they are fair game once hunting season opens ;)

This one was basically raised from a fawn, if it's the same one...which I think it is. The neighbors down the road fed it and played with it when it was tiny. Now it just sticks around.

Ya I've seen people collar deer like that hoping hunters will realize it's a tame pet. A tasty one tho.....

Went and reloaded the corn feeder last night. I have one of my cameras on it, but my dumbass forgot to turn the camera on, so no pics from the last 2 weeks :pout: Good news is the feeder was almost empty....gonna get another bag and some salt blocks this afternoon. Still too early for food plots here, but it's slowly approaching!

Ive done that a few times:facepalm: One of my cameras will countdown like its getting ready to take pics but if you dont notice the video card locked it still counts down...but takes no pics or video. I then checked the camera and wondered why there were no pics on it!:annoyed:

door knocking is the plan, im not a trophy hunter by any means, just a meat hunter wanting some deer to eat

Some farmers might just like as many hogs taken as possible and if a deer gets popped in the process oh well :) Good luck!
