    Had a good afternoon helping Dalson at the new processing business. he freakin did 11 deer yesterday.had all 3 smokers going. rifle came in today. he is gonna close a few days to hunt then get back at it. i can help move orders around,grind burger and sausage meat. has the pork already ground and in 1lb bags so its easy to mix. his wife is pregnant but still comes out to run the vacum sealer.done 86 already. only one complaint. used wrong spice mix on a snack stick order. asked if he could use his own deer to make it right. yea so made the right flavor and gave the guy his correct flavor his money back for the inconvience. so i ended up with the habinero/cheese sticks that are too damn hot for me and him too. only uses that spice in bologna which has more meat and fat to mellow it. 54E4EEE7-08A3-4C4A-BA4E-9F757CD57584.jpg4F511260-3E7E-41FA-AE7B-B853F5F47866.jpg
