    Long time ago, maybe 1985, right after I started to take bowhunting seriously, a guy I used to hunt with called and asked if he could come along with me. I said sure. Told him I was across the street shooting. He said he hasn’t shot for a while and could he take a few shots. Sure. Now back then, state of the are targets were 2” thick ethafoam, cut full size to a deer. He shows up and proceeds to put one in the guts, the ass, the neck, a high back, and a complete miss. The dude never blinked or smiled when he said “glad I haven’t lost my touch”.
