    Whipped together some burgers real quick for tonight... We only have them a few times a year because we use so much ground in everything else, but it's a nice change of pace from time to time. I usually use onion soup mix but we didn't have any so I threw in some ranch mix and dried minced onion and tried to make the best of it. They actually were pretty good, added some soy sauce, anchovy and Dijon mustard as kind of a binder with my bread crumbs and just handled em a little gentle so they would stay together (we were out of eggs) patted em pretty thin and fried 2-3 mins per side in bacon grease that was right at its smoke point, cast iron skillet. Frozen fries in at air fryer btw, it is Monday after all
