I can remember when I order my Waag grill-guard the person said she just used it to help push someone and I always use it to help me up/around when I'm working under the front end.

Good opportunity to make lemonaid. Get a quote, have insurance cut a check and buy a plate bumper.

I remember wishing I had installed sliders after my first door ding, but on a positive note after my first ding I was a lot less OCD about keeping it "perfect"= less stress, so maybe the door ding was a good thing.

You would hope so....what?? This happened about 9 years ago when it was almost new, so stop hoping/assuming before thinking and being a wise@ss.

This! cut out the bruised meat and at least enjoy some jerky! I love when we dinner guests over and after the venison I break it to them that it was roadkill.

ARB is the way to go , designed to take out a kangaroo and a lot cheaper than $3500 damage bill.

Didn't harvest any meat, hell I never slowed downed. Just drove to the next gas station and ripped off the parts that were hanging down and then continues on to work.

Called my son and let him know where I hit the deer, but he couldn't find it.

Now I gathering the estimates and researching bumpers, trying to figure out what I wanna do.

    Sorry to hear that.

I'm always happy hearing gunshots in the woods this time of year. One less road obstacle to worry about.

That and getting in and out...lifted. I live in a city where it's everyone for themselves. Traffic laws are for everyone else and stop signs are more of a yield sign and red lights are optional.. so deer, least of my worries.

Well until I have to drive upstate NY next week ... leaving at 4am..

Which brush guard is this? Was looking at a ranch hand that looked allot like this. I'm in Mississippi, so random herds of deer chilling in the road are an everyday thing.

That's rough partner. But as many said, now you get a plate bumper! Get that insurance check and wait for blackfriday sales!

Hi fellow Mississippian you got it right about deer in the road. I think MDOT hires them for night shift.
