    I bounced a buck off mine at 35MPH. Coastal Offroad. I don't know about anything faster than that. I've also plated my frame horns so its not just bumper. They have 1st gen options.

    Agreed, but ARB will probably do better than most any other Tacoma option out there. Ugly as they are, they are still more heavily constructed than most.

    Only thing I ever hit with mine was a large vulture at 65-70. Struck the bumper front just under the driver's side headlight where the tube met the plate part of the bumper. Splattered guts and feathers all over the front of the truck and deflected off the tube side.

    even with a good bumper, isn't the frame likely to take the blunt force of the impact and crumple under the front end. Those that live out west where the deer and Elk are much larger than here in N.C. really could use a front bumper better than stock.
