    We all find it a little tasteless when a guilty scumbag skates on a technicality, or when a douchy defense lawyer impugns an honest cop or other witness to help his client.

    Having said that: if I'm ever facing any jail time I want my defense lawyer to be the most ruthless, dirty-fighting, pitbull he can be to defend me, regardless of what I've done. It's their job.

    i think honesty all around is best.

    do the crime, do the time... whether it is a defense atty's client or a police officer lying..

    nothing is perfect though... except for TW, of course!
