Definitive list of maintenance part numbers?

I've been doing some catch up maintenance and am finding a lot of different information on here about what parts / fluids to use. I've found it especially hard on here and even moreso on Amazon to find the correct spark plug part numbers.

Is there a definitive list of parts needed for most normal service, Toyota OEM fluid part numbers and volumes (i.e. transmission, coolant, diff, etc), spark plugs, etc....basically anything you would need to do in 100k miles to a 2nd gen.
