    Took my truck out through a slow drive through the neighborhood. Put some salts on the driveway...there are lots of melted/frozen spots!

    Good morning Delaware. How much snow did yall end up getting. My area in jersey got 1.5" i guess the days of good snow storms are in the past now.

    I shoveled about 6 inches of snow from my driveway on Monday...and another 2 inches yesterday that accumulated during the 24hrs.

    Parking lots are ICY as all get out. I'm wearing "Yaktraxs" on my boots. Be careful out there.

    Yea that's a decent amount of snow. I noticed when I shoveled off my driveway it was pure ice under the snow. My drive is 145' long 15 foot wide. Thankfully I had enough salt to treat it all. I hear 1 of my neighbors outside right now trying to scrape up the ice off his driveway he's going to be out there all day.

    If living in Delaware during winter has taught me something...it's to shovel the snow while it's fresh.

    That second level of snowfall was soft and shoveled nicely...easier because of less thickness.
