    Pop Tarts remind me of yesteryear...use to love them; toasted or not!

    Living in Europe and eating like a European...opened my eyes to fresh crusty bread and tasty pastries.

    You know this being in the military.

    We happen to have a Bavarian Bakery nearby owned by German Lady so it's a nice treat.

    Not dogging "Pop Tarts" lol

    Just went off on a tangent about how I came to love fresh pastries.

    I hear ya. I like apple fritters and my wife likes the bakery style doughnuts but not enough to go to the bakery to get them all the time:rofl:

    That's too funny!

    My wife gets annoyed that I like to spend money on sweets that are not good for my diet...or hers. lol

    Bavarian Bakery opens at 7am and if I can get there by 8:30am on a Saturday to beat the mad rush, it's not a long wait.
