    What's up fellas?

Just another day in the office...had some quiet time for about 30 minutes...got some stuff done! lol

It's amazing what I've learned in the 16 months I've been with the company.

    Hey Fellas!

    Happy Friday!

This weekend will be busy considering we depart for SoCal on the last day of April...next Wednesday.

I always try to get my LA haircut before leaving Delaware...so tomorrow morning is the appointment.

Since our daughters aren't visiting us this weekend...we will go to them!

So, we will be in Middle River, MD by 10:30am tomorrow and leaving about 5pm to be home to feed the cats by 6pm.

Change of plans with the younger daughter...she is coming down to spend the night on Saturday to do her laundry. (And visit with us too)

Since we only work Mon/Tue, our meal prep will be simple...sandwiches! (No Meal Prep on Sunday)

I'm gonna run the Riding Mower again before we leave...and set out the Trash/Recycle Tuesday Night.

Then come Wednesday morning, depart NLT 8am to get to the airport.

First, gotta get through the rest of the duty day. :turtleride:

Getting ready to go out for drinks with our friends...local watering hole...

It's like "Cheers" because the bartender gets our drinks when she sees us! lol

Good morning Delaware + Friends. :pccoffee:

Got my haircut and now having breakfast with my wife.

I did visit the Bavarian Bakery to get my barber cream cheese danish & coffee cake type pastry--she's my "Hair-apist" and deserves treats. lol

I think we will take my truck on this trek to MD this morning.

Looks like it rained overnight...it's a mild 69F but windy thus far.

    Enjoy your weekend.

It was nice walking the pup this morning before 8 am.

Have the truck in the garage to try and adjust the spring seats again. Extra tools this time might be the ticket. Well that and then spraying pb blaster and whacking it daily

Made it to Middle River…had to do pit stop in Glasgow DE…Wawa!

Wife and I both had to pee…even though we both went before we departed.

Man, there are some atrocious drivers on the 95 South.

Drivers who keep changing lanes to get ahead is rampant!

    But we made it!

We were coming back home from a trip yesterday on 95 north and it was horrifying! I was going a reasonable speed, a little over the speed limit like the normal flow of traffic, and there were dozens of people going 30-40mph over the speed limit and weaving in and out of traffic. It was a nightmare.

Good morning Delaware + Friends. :pccoffee:

It's a beautiful brisk/cool morning. Got the coffee brewing and sorting out the kitchen (clearing dish rack & adding newly washed dishes). lol

I've got litter boxes to clean as well as mowing the grass...but no meal prep...short week!

I'm sure my wife will come up with more chores once I'm done with those two duties.

    Enjoy your day.

Enjoy your upcoming trip! I’ve gotta go pick up Walmart order and then there is a dog day thing at a local cookie store. We’re going to bring the pup to that.

    Good morning Eric.

I'm waiting on S1&2 of "The White Lotus" on DVD...should be here by 1 May.

I still need to order 2 boxes of synthetic oil for my truck from Walmart...done!

Price for a 2pk of oil went up!

I keep hearing white lotus is good but I haven’t watched it yet. Also, dogs and cookies sounds like a good Sunday!

It took me some time to get into it...watching the characters develop.

Honestly, it was kinda slow to begin with (S3) but I keep at it.

I caught S2 just as it started...and since I lived in Italy (Aviano) was interested in the scenery.

I bought S1 but could not find S2 on it's own so I bought a combo DVD.

That makes sense! Always easier to get into a show when you have some kind of connection to it. I like that you are old school and still do DVDs although it feels strange calling that “old school”

We just do everything on streaming now and my DVD collection has been collecting dust for years. I do miss the feeling of physically flipping through the DVDs and some of the boxes for various shows were always cool. Especially special editions and what not. Almost like physical books vs. a kindle.
