Welp, I meal prepped, cleaned both litter boxes, and trimmed 3 bushes in the front yard.

This, after starting the day with mowing/edging the yard before wife & I went grocery shopping.

I sure love cramming chores before the workweek begins! lol

Now, watching the Leafs get handled by the Panthers.

Dodgers got swept by the Angels, who are in last place in AL West.

Arizona is coming to LA next...that should be an interesting series.

 

Morning neighbors. Pup got me up before 330 needing to go out. I had gotten used to her not waking me up in the middle of the night but I guess when you gotta go, you gotta go.

One good thing about kitties, they go when they wanna go in their clean litter boxes.

Flip side...I tread on litter pieces in/around their litter boxes/rest of the house with remnants sticking to their paws.

Hey everyone. After a cool start I hope everyone's enjoying this weather! I detailed the inside of the truck today after the kids made a mess in the backseat with the trip to and from my parents. With all this pollen and rain in and out of the forecast, I'm holding off on the exterior for another few days. Just a few work things to finish up from the tailgate here while my oldest plays with friends after school and the rest of the day is free.

 

When I first read that, I thought you said that you detailed one side of the truck, not the inside. I was thinking that’s an interesting method lol

Morning everybody! Got some landscaping work today for my son's school. They require co-op volunteer hours or a cash equivalent each year with tuition each year, but luckily one of the dads from my son's class has a landscaping company and I've helped him with some work on the side, so that takes care of that. After that my wife will take him to soccer tryouts and I have a men's league game. After getting rained out last week and watching a lot of baseball I'm looking forward to it.

interesting scenario you describe there with your son's school and tuition.

Way to piggy back off the professional landscaping guy's business! (I mean that sincerely)

I've got my hands full with my own yardwork...luckily I can go at my own pace.

 

Yeah! Luckily he's a good guy and we work together well. Got everything tore out of the courtyard today and staged the incoming plants to see how much sun/rain they'll get in their spots. With the school, I'm pretty sure it's a Montessori thing that they focus on volunteerism from the families as well. Going at your own pace can make all the difference - there's always something to do around the property!
