    So, today is 33 years of marriage to my British Wife...funny story how we met but I won't go into details.

    Anyway, wife is working from home today and probably all of next week.

    I'll be back to work on Monday once I confirm with Occ Health my symptoms have not worsened and turn in my symptom tracker.

    It's supposed to rain all day but dinner will be delivered tonight.

    mornin TW! not much to do isolating and on a rainy day so why not put on my bumper! got it last black friday sale but haven’t had any time to put it on, it’s been busy as of late and i don’t have proper tools at my apartment, so i have to travel to harrington to my parents house for their garage, until i get my own place!

    if it’s the only mansion in harrington right on the highway that you cannot miss then i know the one! my parents house isn’t too far from that. i know dover like the back of my hand! i always go on the bipass back up to middletown if i don’t feel like going on 1

    If you don't like paying tolls, especially on weekends...Hwy 1 is not your friend.

    Wife and I have been invited to that mansion twice in the past couple of years. I think the Doctor paid just under $1M for it but don't quote me on that!

    Hwy 13 can be a nice drive...except when going through Dover. Once you get on the outskirts, it's all free space...but within the right speed limits.

    Hope your install goes well.

    honestly a big house for the price in this market. i just wish delaware had more public dirt roads, then again, delaware is very, very flat below the canal, so off roading wouldn’t be as fun here

    so this is my day removing panels, as hard as it is finding those bastardly clips… lining up, and cutting. apparently my truck has a past life before me as an amateur geologist. i found so. many. tiny rocks in my bumper it was insane. id say the hardest part of the whole process was removing all of the clips off the bottom forward bumper part (the part that’s matte black on the OR and pro), even the relocation of the (i think transmission cooler?) wasn’t hard at all, just all time consuming. anyways i have some spare parts if anyone want em! really the only salvageable parts are the crash bar and support but since they’re used (not functionally thankfully) i doubt i could sell them to anyone. check next post for final

    here she is! the body armor highline front bumper. looks KILLER. they even make wings if i ever want to cut more and have more clearance in front of the tires, don’t know if i want to or not. room for a winch and a 20” light bar, and i’d even be confident using the shackle points (shackles will be put on) as recovery points as this mounts to the subframe. overall i give the install a 6/10 on the difficulty scale, don’t be afraid to cut! other than the cutting it was straight forward following youtube vids. can’t go back to stock now, baby!
