    Hey Delaware,

    Looks like it's going to be a rain-filled weekend through half of next week Wednesday.

    I've got some Scotts weed/feed & 10-10-10 Fertilizer I need to combine in the lawn spreader to continually target those weeds that keep popping up.

    No plans here, either Eric.

    Our daughters and their hubbies are visiting/spending the weekend with us which means:

    We will host Azshara/Black Lab & Oona/Tri-color King Charles Cavalier. They will be hanging out with our kitties, "Q" our Black cat & "Maeve" our White/Gray cat.

    We won't be setting off fireworks since this is not considerate of our family pets.

    My dog can hear anymore so the fireworks are not longer an issue. She slept through the recent storms with no issues and there were lightning bolts hitting under 1 mile of our house. She’ll be 14 in a few months.

    I hit the beach early...only my second time in the water. (The other time was last Wednesday for my Bday)

    Wife had a nice lay-in...she's not a beach person or much for early rising. lol

    I got my body-surfing & boogie boarding done...I love the water.

    Arrived just before 9am...it's a 47 mile hike one-way to Indian River from Dover.

    By 11am, I was packed up and headed to the open shower under the bridge.

    Wife and I are deciding what to do but she doesn't look too interested in being outside. lol

    Update:

    Wife and I went to Harvest Ridge Winery and had two flights of wine...

    I did the Reds and of course wife did the Whites.

    Driving through rural Delaware always fascinates us.

    I'm a city boy from SoCal/LA and wife is from England.

    Who'd of thunk we'd both end up in Delaware? lol

    Anyhow, we wanted Pho Vietnam food but both locations we know of were closed.

    So, trusty ol' Grotto's was open so that's where we had dinner.

    I've been up since 5:50am and went to the beach, visited a winery and had dinner with my wife...it's been a good day.

    I won't tell you guys I did yard work today as well...so, a very productive day as well. :)
