This was a 3.4... Was it manual or auto? If it was 3.4+auto, do you have the trans crossmember?

You don't need the whole crossmember, only the mount. X-members are the same. You can buy it new from RockAuto for relatively cheap.

The broader one is the correct one for the A340F.

 

I thought I needed some kind of crossmember. Is there one for the tcase I need, or something?

 

Ok... then I'm confused. I've seen people reference a "crossmember" that is needed to complete the 4x swap.

No sir. Transfer Case just dangles there, the existing crossmember is what supports the entire transmission. You just need that new mount.

I may have stated in the parts list I sent you that you need a crossmember, but I only wrote “crossmember” because the yard I bought it from was selling the whole thing, not only the mount.

 

Well SWEET, that just made one less part I need to track down. It's a lot easier to just order from Rock Auto. They don't seem to be all that expensive new.

 

Yup. Make sure it’s the right one, it’s that slight angle between the two that differentiates it. Four bolts and it comes out.

Do you still have the bezel shown here that contains the vents? I need the entire outer area in the pic, plus the louvers. Someone busted the one in my truck when stealing the stereo.

 

I Need one of the Black Bolts that holds the Xtra Cab Glass if available. Thanks
