    Oh crap - I thought you were sizing based on the size of the core, not the size of the outer casing. So my 3/8" is actually using a 5/16" core - which is the same size as my primary winch line, even though I'm planning on using in in a 2 to 1 application?

    Too late to change it?

    I can certainly change it. I have a couple orders ahead of yours, so the lines haven't been cut yet. There's a small upcharge for the thicker line though. It'll be an additional $20 to the entire order. The thicker the line, the more expensive it gets. All orders received before today at 1700 will ship out Monday morning.

    OK - let's change that order and upgrade all the diameters. Thinking about how these are to be used (in the pic below - two winches, each doubled back 2 to 1) let's go up TWO sizes to 7/16" core - 1/2" outer diameter. That's roughly a 23,000lb breaking strength right?

    Correct! I only have green in stock, but I can make the loop colors different for the different sizes. The difference between the 7/16 and 1/2 is .75 cent/ ft. I'll add the 37.51 to the invoice and resend it to you now.

    Just so you know why I plugged in 50ft times the .75 cents. each loop requires 3ft of line. So, a 10 ft rope with 2 loops actually requires 16ft, 20ft needs 26, etc. So that's how we got from 30ft to 50ft for the 7/16 to 1/2 inch upcharge

    You're welcome! Right now, I have a small batch for samples that I have for sending to my customers to try out and report back with any feedback. The soft shackles that will be purchased when the deal goes live will have a few more features. But, they're all the same strength.
