I would not normal do this but I don't like dishonest people. I work hard for my money and I don't like being lied to. This is not a review for this product but I wouldn't buy anything from OP. I bought a set of color matched sport mirrors from him that he listed in new condition. They arrived scratched in several places. He also thought it was a good idea to ship it with newspaper as to no surprise it arrived broken. He lied about there being insurance on the package. He is now ignoring my request to refund me $45 which is half the cost to fix the broken pieces on a $300 purchase.

This is not really the place to post this. I would suggest a new thread and whatever proof you have. PMs, Pictures of said headlights, Etc. I get that you are trying to hit him where it hurts or something, but for all we know you are trying to scam him out of $45.

I bought a rope from him without any issues.

I don't think I would go through the effort to scam $45 from someone. The fact is he lied to me and anyone buying from him should be warned. Karma will catch up to him

Get out of here man. I offered to send you the $45 and you declined it through paypal and then claimed that you wanted $100. I offered you a full refund if you sent them back, and you declined. We've been through this with paypal and they found me innocent and honest. You're trying to get something for an even cheaper price than I already gave you..which was practically for half price.

    So Derrick, piss off.

I did want $100. That is how much it cost to get them fixed because you failed to ship them properly causing them to break. You also said they were in new condition, which they were not. They were scratched in several places. This is where you were dishonest in describing the condition of them. You also said there was insurance. This is where you lied. After 3 weeks of you saying you were going to look into the insurance and thinking I would get some sort of refund from the usps I went ahead and spent the money to fix them. After no action I opened a paypal claim. I declined you're $45 because I don't think I should have to pay anything to get them fixed on your neglect and ask for what it cost to fix them, $100. Paypal can't do anything because I fixed them and aren't in the original condition arrived. I then emailed you and asked to refund me the original $45 so I'm not out the full $100 and you pretty much told me to piss off again. So yes thank you for taking my $300 and throwing them in a box with a couple pieces of the sunday times. So now I'm at $400 and could have just gone to the dealership and bought new ones. Next time please for the sake of whoever else buys something from you that is fragile buy a thing of bubble wrap for $5 and describe the condition accurately.

Like I asked before please refund the $45 and I will delete this conversation and we can put this behind us. Thank you

Again, Derrick, this isn't the appropriate place for this. Paypal has already decided this case. I offered you the 45 back, then a full refund. You got greedy, and greedy bastards never win.

Not sure how I'm greedy when I'm the one who had to pay to fix them cause you lied. You can't ship a simple package properly now I'm stuck with the bill. Good luck from anyone who buys from him and has a problem. This is what you'll have to deal with.

Let's get a couple of things straight here. I've sold a couple dozen ropes to members on this board and others without any issue. I've also sold and purchased MANY parts, both stock and aftermarket on this forum...again, without any issue.

People don't post the positives...they're expected and never praised. Don't let one guy who decided to come sabotage my thread come through here and dissuade your purchase.

From where I'm sitting Derrick, this looks like it may be a case of slander.

Now let's get back to MY thread before further action needs to be taken.
