    I will be surprised if anyone shares CAD drawings of their design. But Relentless Fab (and maybe others) sells DIY bumper kits which is the next best thing.

    I made front & rear bumpers for my last truck - D**ge. I removed the stock bumpers and then made cardboard mock ups with hot melt glue and tape. Mounted it to the truck and verified fit. Then I took the template to a local metal shop and they unfolded the template to cut out the pattern. I had them use a giant power press to bend it up for less welding. Primed with POR15 and top coated with bed liner. Came out as good as anything I could buy.
