My dad was having horrible insomnia, waking in the middle of the night and staying awake, he tried edible Mary Jane, now he sleeps like a baby. One cookie at 6 every night, by 10 he can't hold his eyes open, and he sleeps through the night. I know it's not legal for everyone yet, here in NM he can legally buy it with a medical card.

 

Sounds like a potential mail order business.

Just kidding, I'm sure that's against the rules somewhere.

However, it sure would be nice to let the wife give it a try. I need to keep her around so she can take care of me in my dotage.

 

For some reason the edible version just lasts a lot longer. I'm sure it has to do with the way your body absorbs it.

It really has changed my dads life, I wish it was available for everyone!

That's why I respectfully disagree with mr LUSETACO . I don't feel any different that when I was in college .

I just have to get my BRAIN to stop talking to ITSELF all night!

Insomnia is nothing to lose sleep over...

Last night I talked to Insomnia and ThreeAM and I just told them we just have to stop meeting like this. I told them both it would be better for all of us if I just sleep with them . Sometimes you just have to do what you have to do .

Just kidding . My being able to sleep has gotten better in the last few weeks .

 

2am. If I sleep now I can get 4 hours of sleep. Would it be easier to stay awake for the 4 hours or just go to sleep and force myself to wake up in 4 hours? Decisions decisions.

 

The last two nights have been terrible . 2AM knows all my secrets

Why would they delete this thread? Maybe every one could post pictures of their trucks when they can't sleep and we could rename it the 2nd Gen Insomnia thread .
