I have two rigid bars that I'm trying to hook up to my sPod, I noticed that the relay on the rigid wire harness is 60 amps 14vdc , relays included with spod are 40 amp 12vdc. My mindis telling me to switch them out ( so put the rigid relays into the spod) ???? Right???

the short answer would be no.... that board may not handle the increased amperage. contact the manufacturer to see if it could handle it.
