    Im confused...

    1) arb comes painted

    2) they are offering 20% off the 1100 price!??

    3) I have a thing against aluminum armor over all.... this tacoma has enough of it from the factory.

imam tell you this the arb bumper has so much nuts and bolts that shit will make your head rattle. it took a while to figure out which one goes to which. the manual doesn't really help much either

Yea I see this as true thank you, I have a few different friends now that have gone with the brute force and as per them it was direct bolt on easy peasy..

I have been hanging onto the ARB for it being airbag approved but I guess at this point...

I bought my arb bumper through 4wheels but got price match to sell it for 1000. one thing that does suck you have to cut your bumper and by god I hope you have straight hands.

yeah if I were you I would go your friends route or pelfreybilt, demello, cause again even taking the alum crush bar was a pain and I thought I almost stripped the bolt that was on it caseu it was on tight. and after get it in place. good luck finding a drill that is metric to drill 2 holes through the bumper and the barrier to lock it in place. for me that shit was a pain I had to drill with a standard then make it wider for the bolt to go in and it was still tight to go in

yes exactly that, the cutting of the face lifted 2nd gen bumpers has been my biggest hang up and reason for not buying one new at full price...

reason for alum bumper for me is that im trying to do overland instead of intense OR. but again arb is already painted also if you have fog light on factory. I had HID fog on my stock fog and I stripped the wire from it and plug it in to the stock harness without splicing it so later if you wanna put back u don't have a cut harness

    :annoyed:

they might be able to work with you if you message them. I know that's how that works if you are trying to get 20% off of Icon stuff (which they sell too)
